How do i get a hooked Template working with a Module Front Controller?

Hello,

i have a question.

i have a custom Hook in the Product.tpl in the classic theme, right above, where the customization.tpl is included. Through the custom Hook, i display a Form, which the user needs to fill out in order to add the Product to the cart. 

My understanding is, that the whole Product Page ist controlled with the ProductController. But i want to control and process the Form with a Module Front Controller, because the additional Template hook i up with my main module class.

 

Which steps do i need to make, to get it work. Can somebody explain, what i need to do?
