Getting Rid of Blank Space

Why is there such a huge space between the end of the left column and the footer? Can I bring the footer above so as to align it properly with the left column.

Your featured products block has got a style of eight:1600px which is causing it to extend why beyond the products displayed. As far as i can see it isnt being controlled by the css but by some styling included in your modules tpl file.

You could try changing line 7 in your modules/homefeatured/homefeatured.tpl

            {assign var='liHeight' value=400}

to

            {assign var='liHeight' value=0}

and see what that does.

I changed it to 0 and it took the footer all the way up just below the featured item block making it look weird. Then I changed it to 200, and nothing happened. Then I changed it to 300 and it went back down to a good level.
