tatamifightwear
I have used the rbs worldpay module successfully for over a year and this is the first problem i have had. When i configure the site to take takes off to non eu customer the ex-tax transaction goes through fine until it sends the order to back office which brings up a payment error and the order is still looking for the inc vat price. When i test the order outside the EU using paypal everything works fineEX VAT Price – £0.85INC VAT Price – £1.00I used a USA address to purchase so the transaction price should have been the EX VAT price. When i ordered via rbs worldpay i get the order through the backend with payment error £0.85 paid instead of £1.00, so the order is still looking for the £1.00 until i choose payment accepted.Just until i get it sorted how can i turn off the email being sent to the customer saying payment error?many thanksgareth
rocky
Go to Orders > Statuses, edit the "Payment error" status, then untick "Send e-mail to customer when order is changed to this status".
