Contactus Page: Translation Problem

I am translating Prestashop in my language and successfully i done it. but
i am facing one prob only.
at the contact us page i translate everything but i didnt found these line to translate :

In Drop down menu:
customer services
Webmaster

after topic (after Drop Down menu):
For any question about a product, an order
If a technical problem occurs on this website

Please help me to sort out this problem.
from where to solve this. i checked all the fields in
Tools/Translations
{Front Office Translation ;
Back office translation ;
Error Messages translations;
Fields Name translations;
Modules Translations }
but where is this line to translate.....

Or change what's there now

hi.
I'm not sure what the problem may be but I just don't see such a
"Tools-Contacts-Add new" I mean there's no "contacts" tab under "Tools" in my BO, so I can't figure otu how to modify the drop down menu.
Any clue?

What version of Prestashop are you using? In Prestashop v1.1, it has moved to Employees > Contacts. Before v1.1, it should be in Tools > Contacts.
