how to create a module or install live help by crafty syntax

I am trying to put in crafty syntax into the cart? I think I have to use these modules but I am not sure. Can anyone give the direction I need to go to install the script.
When I create a new department the programs generates a script

When I put this into my agoracart it goes into the headers, but I don't see anything in cms where this would go, so I am thinking it would be in the module creations, but how do you make one of these?

Or do I find the index and download it, copy and paste, but then I am not sure it would populate the whole cart?
