CSS doesn't load on Admin on localhost

Hi

I have moved my website to my MAMP installation but the CSS doesn't load on admin.

I have changed the SEO & URLs and show me the error Too many redirections, how I can make that works?

The URL as not set up right, I have an extra /

 

But still have some troubles to access to localhost website by admin area on the top right corner, still, redirect to the live version but if I write the link to localhost works fine.

 

I have cleaned the cache and still have the same problem.
