is it possible to have 2 different users at 1 website in presta shop

I now have a great website in PHP coded but I want to upgrade to presta shop.

The problem is that we do not know if this is possible with the requirements which I need.

Now I have 2 different users at 1 website.

normal user:
when you are visiting website you see all the prices like everybody does incl VAT like € 14,99

wholesaler:
when you are wholesaler, I must first make account in admin section and give him a password.

Than the wholesaler can login to the website and he see his own prices.
like 1 -5 pcs € 6,99 and 6 to 10 pcs € 5,99 EXCL. VAT

IN ATTACHMENT I PUT SCREENSHOT OF BOTH.

NORMAL USERS CANNOT SEE WHOLESALER PRICE !!!

My current programmer does not know if this is also possible in PrestaShop.

Who of you is knowing if this is possible in prestashop.
And maybe there is a programmer who exactly knows how this works.

Please tell me about and you would be great help for me.

Hi,

There is a user groups feature in Prestashop that should make this a quite easy task to do.
Maybe with a bit a programming also, but still its possible.
