Colour selection not working correctly

Hi
Can anyone advise on how to correct my shop - for example, I have allocated the colour selector option to a product and made available three colours for shoppers to choose from but all three colours are then displayed in the order details afterwards and not just the selected colour so I do not know which colour they have selected?

I have made sure I have setup the colour attributes but can anyone advise how to correct the colour selector setup so I can see which colour of product they have chosen?

You did not enter the attribute correctly in the product editor.

Use the combination generator (at the top of that page), it will add them the correct way (only 1 attribute from each group can be in a combination).
