LukeH
Hi,I'm currently finishing off the setup of my shop and I have noticed a strange bug when creating new product categories. If I try to create a new sub-category it is given an ID of '0'.Clicking the category on my live shop displays an error message saying that the category does not exist. If I refresh the page in BO the newly category is duplicated i.e. I end up with two identical categories with an ID of '0'. I cannot delete the category(s) using the 'X' in BO I have to go to the SQL tables and delete them from there.I really don't want to re-install in Presta Shop if I can avoid it. Any ideas of what might be occurring.Luke.
LukeH
UPDATEIf I try to add another sub-category within the catalog whilst the one with an ID of '0' is present, I get an 500 Internal Server Error. If I delete the category with an ID of '0' directly from the mySQL tables I am able to create a new catalog sub-category but again it will be given an ID of '0'.Also, clicking the 'edit' button of any product in BO causes the Internal Server Error message to appear.Help would be appreciated. LukeH
Solved the problem by restoring an earlier backup of my SQL DB. It must have been corrupted somehow.Lesson learned is to make VERY regular backups, mine was a week old so data was lost but not to much.Luke.
