cormws Posted September 24, 2008 Share Posted September 24, 2008 Due to a few callbacks in the admin section. one that checks the version for an upgrade and one that checks for news, when the presta site goes down the admin section does not work. I went through this about a week ago when this site was down. totally disabled my admin. since then I have removed the callbacks and everything worked great again.. there should be a time out routine or something for this type of stuff. Not sure this is whats causing your problem but it was definitely what was causing mine. this site has been SO ungodly slow lately it is also effecting the admin on the end users site. If any one is interested the callbacks that I removed I believe were in the index.php of admin. If I remember correctly. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
