(Solved) Resize thumbnails on home page

Hi

Can someone point me in the right direction?

I have been trying to re-size thumbnails image under the featured products and viewed products on the home page for hours now.

I don't want to re-size the box, just the image (Photo) so that there is no white space on each side of the thumbnails.

Have you already solved this? I see that you've resized your thumbnails on your homepage so they are no longer square. They look nice the way they are to me.
