Easy way to copy & paste buyers addresses?

When i download the list of invoices from my shop (as a pfd), i can't copy and paste the address all in one go - the shipping and billing address appear next to one another, so both get selected, meaning i have to copy each line of the address
separately. This makes assembling shipping labels very slow.

Does anyone else have this problem, how did you get around it?

Where do you host your shop? If you have access to a control panel, you are likely to have access to Presta database, for example via PHPMyAdmin. You could retrieve the customer addresses (or any other info) very easily then import into an Office program. Most labelling programs will have a way to accept output you retrieve from the database. Post if you can access to your server and how.

I had the same problem. My solution was to copy paste from the order eMail, there it is more "copy paste friendly".
