Hoopty
Hello:I need to create a page that the end customer can use to submit a custom request for a quote. I am not sure what is the best way to implement this. Weather it is as a custom form to submit, a custom product, or any other method. I am looking for advice on how to do this. Here are the requirements for this function:1. It must be page that user can select multiple options to create a custom quote.2. There won't be any price associated with this custom product, as the customer will be contacted with the price for this custom product.3. The customer and vendor (web owner) must receive an email with the custom order.4. It is no required, but it may be an option to be able evolve this custom quote into an actual product order.Any ideas into how to implement this will be appreciate. Let me know what you think. Thanks! keweli
If you have PHP knowledge, you can easily create a script for it using the mail() function. If not, your best bet is to find a module.
