rocky
Topic renamed - please do not write in capsYes, all of PrestaShop's options are accessible when your website is online. You can add new products or customise existing products whenever you like.

rocky
You don't have to worry. When you edit a product, the ID stays the same, so it will remain in the customer's cart and order. If you delete a product and a customer has it in their cart, they will not be able to proceed to check out until they delete the product from their cart. Deleting a product that has already been ordered is not a good idea, since the order will then link to a product that doesn't exist. Some essential information like the product name and price are kept with the order even if you delete the product though.
