Help!How to write code in settings.inc.php???

Hi!

As i am not a coder i would like to know if there is a way to write something in settings.inc i think

so that when i go to a specific category to have a different theme,but include all subcategories also with this choice.

There would be no reason to edit the settings.ini.php file apart form altering your shop settings manually as opposed to through the admin.

thank you for the answer,i have seen this module ,but at the categories i need this, i have to disable some things,like add to cart button,or make new buttons .This is modified my tpl i think,i have found the codes.Thats why i need a completely diferent theme,because it is easier for me as i am nt a programmer.

i have different kind of categories.Other are just catague without add to cart only view and other are normal,but with no photos only description.
