Basket still saved when logged out?

How can I edit the code so that the basket remains even when I log out?

like

Log in > Add stuff > Log out > Stuff remains

Anyway this feature could be annoying if the client connects from a public area (like a cybercafe), because the next user may see the person's cart.

I can understand that, but some other shopping websites (non prestashop ones) have such a feature, so I would've thought it wouldn't be that annoying.
