Bankwire email without bank data (SOLVED)

Hello!

Please I have a big problem:

The email sent when a customer pay by bankwire is without the bank data.

The email displays the template fields instead of data (bankwire_owner, bankwire_details, bankwire_address).

The fields in the module sections are set correct.

Where is the issue?

Using PS 1.7.1.1, ITALIAN language, ORGANIC_HOME theme.

As mails are sent by theme templates, you should or ask the developer of your theme for help, or you can compare both templates (original CLASSIC with the one you are using) on localisation -> translations and change or add what is missing. But I think the best way is to ask the theme developer for debug on Italian language.

Our customer says that once the data were displayed.

Then he created some new status order ...

Maybe we have to disable and enable the bankwire module?

Tried to reset the module, it still doesn't work.

The data aren't displayed only form manual order inserted by back-office.

If the order is done on the shop, data are displayed.

A little bit confusing IMHO but understood the logic, if an order is inserted manually maybe the customer has already paid...

When you add an order manually, so you don't touch the theme you are using. Back-office has an own theme not coupled to the front-office one.

Which Prestashop version are you using ? Perhaps a bug on that version ?

We are using PrestaShop 1.7.1.1
