prestashop 1.7 Create New Category from Product Page in Prestashop 1.7.2.5 not working

Hi There,

Starting to love prestashop 1.7, great work guys.

 

Can you please help on the following issue, to love it even more?

 

I am trying to create a new category from the product page but the only thing I get is a spinning wheel (spinning for hours)! (Screenshot_2.png)

 

Trying to debug and I get the following error!

Any thoughts on whats wrong???
