Fennecs shop shwowing but not right

Im trying to change theme on fennecs but i just cant get it !! do I have to overwrite files in my thems directory al I read is unzip,place in theme dir chenge directory and I end up with open knife in my hand !! Is there any person ,which can explain easy way ,download unzipe and than what ,I have folow the way some of members ar "explain" and end up with this :
