Countries and States of almost all the world countries

Dear All,
There only US and AT countries included the states with installation.

There are all the countries.
The ps_country_state_install_not_US_and_AT.txt file not include US and AT states.

Before install the states, please make sure the id_country and id_zone is correct with your current database.

ps_country.txt is the countries SQL code in the installation of PrestaShop1.3.1

You should post this as a feature request. I see another request here with the states of Mexico and Damien has marked it as "Included in next release".
