[SOLVED] How to add a static map image to the Contact Us form?

Hi there,

As the title suggests, I would like to know if anyone knows how to add a static map (for store location), or any image for that matter, to the Contact Us form in Prestashop ver 1.2.5

Please see the attached image for an example of what I would like to do...

I think you just need to edit contact-form.tpl in your theme folder.
Insert HTML code for image between

    {include file=$tpl_dir./errors.tpl}

               /* here */

   <form action ....
