reason to return a product

Hello,  in europe customers dont have to give a reason to return a product.

When returning a product a (at least 1) character must be entered (in PS 1.6.1.17)

i cant force customers to give a reason and its against the european law, can this be solved ?

after struggling for 6 weeks with PS errors and buying for over €300 worth of plugins there is no developer that can answer or help ?   I can`t open my shop untill this is fixed...

Why you dont try to set a default value something

like no reason or not details

you dont need a module to do thatbut if you dont want do in these way you  can do it intenal assign of the value

But to be honest, i dont know how to do that...    i already tried, with some php examples, but all i get is errors.    could you help me ?

@PS developers once more... customers dont have to give a reason to return a product in europe!

Please fix this.  (or help me solve it)
