[Solved] Reduction not working?

Hi
I have set up a customer group and allowed members of that group to have a reduction. Thing is, it's not working. All the customers dont get a reduction... any ideas?

You are probably using an old theme that was created before group discounts were added to PrestaShop. Try switching to the default PrestaShop theme, or check whether you have the following var defined at the top of product.tpl to be sure:

var group_reduction = '{$group_reduction}';

hmm.. I think in know what was happening. In "Back Office >> Customers" I was clicking "Groups" and allocating the group the customer was in but not setting it as default with "Default group:".
