each time i create a new product this bug appears with debug mode

Just follow the message:

 - under the second point it lists the complete path of this file. Open it. At the top it will say that it is derived from new-product.tpl in your template. At line 781 it will show where the error happened. It may take some effort but you should then search in new-product.tpl for the same code and change that to repair the problem.
