Why, if 135 tables are created in the database by the installer, does the installer not proceed to step 4? Is my session perhaps timing out because MySql is not responding? garyc55 Posted August 30, 2010 Author Share Posted August 30, 2010 Tried again this morning with same results. then I changed two things and ran to normal completion.1) created DB name without an underscore (i.e. pretashop instead of preta_shop)2) ran the installer with Firefox instead of IE 8.Not sure what the real issue was, but my site is installed and I am moving on to customization.
