fedotbog
Hello. Maybe someone came across a problem. I have a website on PrestaShop 1.6.0.9, the template is free. Now the order does not work, when you put the Russian interface of the site. English is good. As soon as the Russian - right after pressing the confirmation gives the following error: "Error: invalid email template". But at the same time the order itself is displayed in the admin panel + in the customer's personal cabinet, but nothing comes to the customer's email either. In the mails folder there are all folders in ru and en languages. The /modules/ mailalerts/mails also have templates. When exactly such an error occurred, too, did not understand - since he did a lot of manipulation and the order was not tested. Who was like that? Maybe on the way guide at least. Help, I will be grateful. Edited March 5, 2018 by fedotbog (see edit history)
musicmaster
My suggestion would be to copy the English mail templates over the Russian ones (save a copy of course) in order to find out where the problem exactly is.
fedotbog
That did so. I will say more in the places where the templates lie, everything has been removed - the problem has remained. And it is divisive that in the English template the order all goes exactly and the letters come. The question is where are these templates? In / mails and / themes / mailalerts / mails is empty. musicmaster
Are you sure? I see under mails language specific subdirectories, like "en" and "fr" that each contain a lot of templates.
fedotbog
I did not understand you
fedotbog
I kind of started to understand a little bit of what the problem was, well, or when it happened. He translated the template from English into Russian. And everything ceased to work now. Maybe the catalog ru also translated. I have 3 localizations in the admin panel. The localization ru has id = 3. As a result, when I buy in a Russian template, I throw id_lang = 3 into the link, but the question is where exactly it is looking for the directory with such id. en ??? Can somewhere in the database still have this directory?
musicmaster
This is how the mails directory looks like. Under each language id you find a long list of templates.
