gangell
Like the title sates, the email that is generated when the order is placed does not show the part numbers. The part numbers are shown in the product listings, as well as in the backoffice under the orders tab. I am attaching an email showing where the part numbers are missing. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks,Geoff
phrasespot
Attached capture looks like a custom email template. Please post the source of the template you are using, to be found under .../presta_install/mails/en/ possibly.
gangell
The template is titled Electronix. Attached is the file of the email template. I see that the part number portion where it says reference is not filled in. I dont know if this is the reason. Any help is greatly appreciated.Thanks. order_conf.html
phrasespot
Are you sure this is the correct template? Because the wording is different between the screen capture you posted and the html file you attached. E.g.: Screen capture shows "Part #" where attached file has "Reference";Screen capture shows "Total Order" where attached file has "Products"Text "Order Information" appears in file but absent in screen captureetc.. gangell
I noticed that too but it is the only template I can find that even looks similar. Is there a way I can log into the shopping cart php file or tpl file to see where the code is calling out to the email template?
phrasespot
I am not sure what you mean. Who installed PrestaShop?
gangell
I work at a company, and the person I replaced installed and buit this site. So I am a little lost as far as the files go. I was just wondering if in the shopping cart php file there is a specific phrase that would call out to the email template when a customer hits the submit button. That way I could locate it based on the name of the file.
