I can't change icon contact on my theme

Although I edit into file global.css & module blockpermanentlinks, but it's still show default icon.

For default theme this code you need to change

#header_links #header_link_contact a {
background-image:url("../img/icon/contact.gif");
}

global.css (line 756)

If you have custom theme check if your theme have folder modules/blockpermanentlinks so full path will be
root/themes/yourtheme/modules/blockpermanentlinks.

Try to empty browser cache and if that don't work post link to your shop.
