upela module Is Upela Module Any Good?

I need to set up my Carriers.

Is the Upela Module any good?

I notice this module is free and comes with Prestashop.

I'm USA only (at this time), so I'll be shipping through my country's standard shipping carries (UPS, Fedex, USPS, etc).

I also want to provide a free shipping option based on order price. I don't know if Upela offers this feature.

Anybody familiar with this module?

I think it is pretty good... but here comes the bad part...

It doesn't work if you ship within the US only. Here is the answer I received from Upela:

...you can't use our PrestaShop module in the States. Are you planning on using PrestaShop only in the States? Because we could ship from the States to Europe but our module doesn't work if you only want to use it within the Unites States. Are you planning to do e-commerce in Europe by any chance? Unfortunately our module only works for e-commerce in the UK, France, Italy, Spain and Germany.
