add new products no longer working.

Hello, I installed version (1.0.0.8 - 1.686s) of prestashop for a client a long while back. It has been working great until I received an e-mail from them today regarding adding new products.

For over the past year they have been adding new products with no issues, but they said that there are no longer any buttons at the bottom of the add new products page in order to continue and complete the new product entry. I have attached a screen shot of the very bottom of the add new products page for review. You can see at the bottom of addNew2.jpg that there is NOTHING following the very bottom, and at the top (addNew1.jpg) the background container div is no longer stretching to the inside content.

Any ideas as to why this working functionality would suddenly break on its own? I literally have not touched the site in months and I am the only developer working on it. Or even a place to start looking would be good.
