21846657 Posted August 24, 2010 Share Posted August 24, 2010 提示是：There is no carrier available that will deliver to this address!在Back Office >> Shipping >> Carriers里我有勾其他的洲但States里面只有North America 官方PrestaShop 1.3.1.1无论是默认安装还是不选择sample data的简单安装，默认都包含5个continents（BO >> Shipping >> Zones），244个国家和地区（BO >> Shipping >> Countries）和美国的65个States。我很难想象，你的states里只有North Ameria（不是states）是个什么情况。你的States信息不全，carrier还能deliver到美国？另外，如果以上地址信息是齐全的，carrier的设置勾选了5个zones，carrier的price ranges和weight ranges设置正确，carrier在FO交易时，才能被客人选择deliver到每个国家和地区。建议查看官方demo，熟悉设置。 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
