Módulo ContactForm infectado?

Hola buenas a tod@s,

el caso es el siguiente:

se está enviando spam desde mi aplicación prestashop, creo, a través del módulo de Formulario de contactenos (ContactForm)

Este es el mail que me llega a mi bandeja de correo.

Hasta donde he podido aprender...

parece ser que se ha inyectado código en algún fichero de mi aplicación el cual reenvia repetidamente correo Spam desde mi Prestashop con mi usuario. Por dónde puedo empezar? alguien me puede ayudar un poco por favor?
