Multiple item discounts - how?

Hello!
How do you create a discount for multiple item purchases? I can't figure it out! I am in need of discounts for multiple items (say buy 3 or more of any item and get a percentage discount). We can easily do this native with 1.3.1.1 for a single product but for the life of me I cannot figure out how to accomplish this with multiple items and I really need to. For example, if I have a category for Fishing Lures and if a customer buys lure #1 and lure #2 and lure #2, that is three total and I want to give them a multiple item discount of X%.

There is no option to do that in PrestaShop. The Better Together module is the only way I'm aware of to do it.

I looked at the Better Together Module; it did not seem up to date for 1.3.1.1 and the author has request PrestaShop developers enable some hooks to permit better discounting. I really need the ability to have multiple item discounts. Is there any developer work on this? Thanks for any help!
