problem with products pictures

Hi,

PRoducts pictures are not shown as original size.

For eg, when i click a product picture at the product page, opening picture would be smaller than unclicked product picture.

Another example ,

Original products size : 750x550 pixel
It is shown as 300 x 260 pixel at the product page.
When i clicked the picture to show itbigger, it is shown as 110 x 100 pixel.

What is the problem ?

What image sizes do you have on your Preferences > Images tab? You should have 'thickbox' as 600px x 600px.

Hi,

Yes it is 600x600pixel but for example original picture is 300x300 pixel.It is shown as 300x300px on the product page. When i clicked the picture, it is shown as 600x600 pixel but it is not real dimension. It is a 600x600 pixel white background, original picture is placed on that 600x600 pixel background and it shown as smaller than product page.

In other words, it is shown as 100x100 pixel in 600x600 pixel white backgound.

I think that is normal. You need to upload a bigger image. Can you post a link to your site so I can see what you mean?

HI, I have this other issue where pictures open on a different page and I would like them to open as a pop up window. Is there a setting to configure? Thanks!
