Adria Laxson
Alright, so little by little we're getting the back office so that it can take orders... which is a necessity. The problem we're having now is we're wholesale and most people order in duplicates. I have an attribute template that consists of small, med, large & xlarge but when I select these options when placing an order in the back office it doesn't respond properly. It will only duplicate the product itself but not put in the correct sizes. It will duplicate the product but will choose one size only to duplicate. I'm not sure how to fix this so thought of changing the attributes. I don't want to downgrade the look of the front office so thought maybe I could make some inactive products that said specifically what I wanted and would be so different they wouldn't duplicate. Obviously, the order won't create in the back office if the product is inactive. How can I make it not show up in the categories (have to choose at least one to make active) or make a category not show up? I'm trying to think outside the box here so any help is much appreciated.I realize I'll have to manually update inventory qts if it's done this way but I don't mind if that's what it takes.www.cicciabella.com/presta
Adria Laxson
For the time being we've just created a new sub-category in the back that cannot be viewed. It has seemed to serve the purpose perfectly so far.
