Canonical URL issue?

Hi all,
I have installed a 3rd party canonical url module but still get over 1000 duplicate meta descriptions. I checked the urls via Google webmaster tools and most of the sites are from languages that I don't have installed. I might have used the languages in the past (still in back up folders on the server after upgrading prestashop) but no longer use them. Here is an example of one of the duplicates (I don't have Italian language installed).

Meta Description: Small UK Size 6-8 (English (English))
/57-black-pvc-catsuit-4.html
/catsuit-fancy-dress-catwoman-costume/57-black-pvc-catsuit-4.html
/catsuits/57-black-pvc-catsuit-4.html
/lang-en/57-black-pvc-catsuit-4.html
/lang-en/product.php?id_product=57
/lang-it/catsuits/57-black-pvc-catsuit-4.html

Any ideas?

Google needs time to index your pages again, and discover that they no longer exits. If you installed my modul plz notice that it does not yet cover dublicates created by same product in different categorys. But i have it on my todo list.
