But where can this email adddress to be defined? I can't find the place and our email is going to wrong email box. Thank you for your help! But, is that the same place where the email settings are done regarding '"you have got a new order"-notification? In our previous Presta version we were able to choose to which email box these emails went- and it was different from our official contact email. i mean, our shops email is one thing, and then another thing is that person, who is taking care of packing the orders - and that person needs to get the email notification of a new order.
