Obviously you have a file rights problem. So the first thing you should do is just trying to change the rights of the directory that gives the problem. Maybe your hosting provider can give you some advice on this subject too: sometimes they are too strict with their rights settings.

What is missing in your error report is the Prestashop version. Prestashop has tightened its file rights policy a bit in 1.7 so this is relevant.
