There is no white in the logo file Can anybody help? Thanks. Have a nice weekend. enetgdl Posted March 14, 2018 Share Posted March 14, 2018 I visit your store, and i see your logo, have you already config the images section to use PNG images, because you say that your logo is transparent, but is in JPG format, so is no way that have alpha channels (transparency), i let you an image where you can change the configuration to accept PNG images, after that you have to upload again your logo in PNG format with transparency, hopefully that helps.
