mise a jour de 1.7.2.4 vers 1.7.2.5 : plus possible d'accéder au back office

Bonjour,

J'ai voulu mettre à jour Prestashop de 1.7.7.4 vers la dernière version 1.7.2.5

J'ai donc téléchargé la version et dézippé les 3 fichiers.

Sur mon espace FTP, j'ai placé ces 3 fichiers dans le dossier happybonus.fr/admin1234

(en fait je mets 1234 pour l'exemple, c'est un autre n° en vrai). Puis j'ai lancé dans Firefox à l'adresse happybonus.fr/admin1234

J'ai bien eu une mise à jour qui s'affichait mais arrivé à 98% ça s'est arrêté sur une page :

                                 La page n’est pas redirigée correctement

                                 Firefox a détecté que le serveur redirige la demande pour cette adresse d’une manière qui n’aboutira pas.

                                La cause de ce problème peut être la désactivation ou le refus des cookies.

Depuis je ne peux même plus accéder à mon BO

L'adresse qui s'affiche dans mon Firefox est

http://happybonus.fr/admin1234/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/install/

Que faire ?

Edit : j'ai refait la manip avec Edge (remis les 3 fichier dans mon happybonus.fr/admin1234) et lancé happybonus.fr/admin1234

Message d'erreur à 98% : An error as occured

Edit 2 : hébergé OVH, est-ce que je ne devrais pas enlever le SSL pendant la mise à jour et le remettre après ? (je cherche, ça me frustre de n'avoir pas accès au BO ... et je ne veux pas faire encore plus de bêtises ...)
