Bandai
I was looking at the mail folder to translate it to our own language, and I came across in_transit.txt and shipped.txtBasically the message are the same that the package is on the way and they could track it. When do we use in_transit and when do we use the shipped email?
rocky
The "shipped" e-mail is sent before the tracking URL is known, which is why it says "You will soon receive a URL to click on in order to track the delivery progress of your package.". Once you've entering the tracking URL for the order, the "in_transit" e-mail is sent with the tracking URL.
Bandai
That makes sense to me. Thank for clarifying!
noesac
That's interesting to know. We send almost all our products out via regular post, so most of the time we only go from Payment Accepted to Shipped, and that's it.
