ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS inside admin panel

Prestashop 1.6.1.18
Inside admin panel when i pressed any pagination link in catalog->products page after 5 sec loading in browser appears - "The site has redirected too many times ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS"
URL - mySite/adm_page/index.php?controller=AdminProducts&token=776564214b6f27c83fa2a98ae186961d&submitFilterproduct=2#product

Nothing similar on all pages of the client side and other places of the admin area. Only in the products section

Deleting the cache, updating the htaccess file, and reinstalling SSL did not help

Tell me what it can be, or where to look for the causes of the error

I had the same problem.

Go in config/settings.inc.php

 

change this line :

define('_PS_CACHE_ENABLED_', '1');

 

by this

define('_PS_CACHE_ENABLED_', '0');

 

for me works perfectly

define('_PS_CACHE_ENABLED_', '0');

And the problem stay

do you have a settings.inc.php.old ? perhaps try to use it or compare it with the last
