Live Chat Pro Prestashop Module doesn't display into front office

Hello every one ,

 

i have installed Live Chat Pro module , in the admin area is shown but it doesn't be dispalyed into the front office site ?

what goes wrong ?? any suggestion

Maybe a JS error? Anyway you should contact developer through Addons.

No, check frontoffice error console (Ctrl + Shift + J)

Then you'd better write to the developer.

@joseantgv  i have installed it in another theme , it works well ! the problem that my theme doesn't support it ? if yes , which template file should i see in order to let it accept the module ?

Then a possible problem is that this theme doesn't have one of the needed hooks. I insist, contact module developer, is who knows how module works

i seems the problem , i'll check footer hook in wich module appears in the other site

I came across with themes (like Leo Themes) that use custom header and footer hooks. So you would need to add these hooks in the module.

Sorry @joseantgv ,  i have  tested with others templates and it works  , i predict that the current theme doesn't support it or it's not logical ??

@joseantgv i access to FTP , in the theme folder , modules , Live chat Pro doesn't exist either in admin area it is seems installed ! 

otherwise , in  /www/modules   folder , it appears . looks abnormal not?

It was indeed a hook that I had removed in the footer. The hook is called displayFooter

You can go to that file and add it.

{block name='hook_footer'}

    {hook h='displayFooter'}

{/block}

If you have this hook in your file, verify that it is being used. Or check the other hooks that the module runs.
