Need to tax some products but not magazine subscriptions

Hi,

I have a store selling physical and downloadable products plus magazine subscriptions.

We need tax to be applied on all items except the subscription products. Is there a way to do this?

The tax is set for the state, one product is set to have tax and the magazine product is set to "no tax" yet when you checkout as a customer of the tax state tax is charged on both the regular product and the magazine product that is set to "no tax".

Even if I set the state for product tax and not state tax and set one product to "no tax" and another product "to the tax rate" prestashop will not charge tax at all on any products.
