php Is it possible to generate 2 invoices at the same time if products are in different warehouses?

Hi,

I have been asked if I can generate two separate invoices when a customer checks out if the products in their cart are held in different warehouses. It's all to do with requesting payments for for each warehouse. It doesn't matter if we create two orders or one combined.

Is this possible? Easy? Very difficult? Any help would be appreciated.
