Scotty501
Hi All, Using PS 1.462 with Paypal module 2.85 and all has been well until last night the client has seen lots of 10486 errors from Paypal. Around 20 in one night. Full error below. There have been payments made by Paypal, so its hard to say what is occurring. We did recently upgrade the php version if that makes any odds. Any suggestion or thoughts? selectshop.at
Paypal error codes: https://developer.paypal.com/docs/classic/api/errors/ Seems your token is not working anymore. Note: Use the existing token to redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or add a funding source. For more information, see How To Recover from Funding Failure Error Code 10486 in Express Checkout. Create a new token on back-office of your PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Scotty501
Thanks for responding - can I ask you to expand on how this done. I only see API details, and to add, some transactions are working, would an incorrect/wrong/outdated token cause all transactions to fail? I do appreciate you help of course, but I need a bit more help
selectshop.at
You need to create NEW Credentials on PAYPAL ACCOUNT. After this you add this new credentials to your Prestashop back-office module.
