emails send to customers not visible in Backoffice

I would like to see the content of the emails send to customers in the Backoffice  (I'm on prestashop 1.6)

particularly the message that is "The virtual product that you bought is available for download"   Is it possible to access that email somewhere?   I need it because when a customer complains that he did not receive his downloadlink. I can check the mail myself and send a copy again. Sometimes to an alternative email-adress which the customer gives me.   I have only found the list which  emails  were send from the shop (advanced parameters /emails)  But not the emails themselves.   Any suggestions?   Jules

It's not possible. I think that the easiest way would be to send you a blind copy of the emails. But you also would need development to do so.
