Krokodiel Posted August 17, 2010 Share Posted August 17, 2010 My site works perfect: when someone orders something and pays with paypal or bankwire, he receives an order confirmation... only when they choose to pay when they come to the store to collect the goods... they don't receive an order confirmation. Krokodiel Posted August 18, 2010 Author Share Posted August 18, 2010 There's no problem with the paypal method... it's just when they want to pay in the shop when they come to collect the goods (this is a COD module I have changed a bit)... then they don't receive the order confirmation. I am searching around on the forums a bit and it seems like a lot of people have the same problem... but is there a solution? Can I change the code in some way that the COD module will send out the confirmation automatically.I thought I could work around it and set the status of an order that's done with this COD module manually to a status where I connected the conf_order mail to (I made a new order status)... then customers get an order confirmation e-mail, buth with no data!!! If I could get this thing going, this would also be a bit of a solution....Do you understand what I'm writing?
