How to upload tags using tag ID wirh csv

Hi,

 

I am uploading new products using a csv file. I am managing pretty good but I am still having problems with the tags. If in the column correspoonding to taks I add a tag (new or existing) such as 'cream' it works fine. However I would like to use the 'tag id'; such as 10, instead of the tag name. If I use the tag id it creates a new tag of the number instead of assigning it to hte existing tag with the indicated id. I tried to put the numbe like this '1' but didn't help...

 

Anyone can help? How do I refer to the tag id when using csv?
