juanjico
Hello! I have an strange stock behavior. I'm using advanced stock management for my products. The stock is reappearing after a product is out of stock. For example: A few days ago a customer purchased all my stock for a product. Then, the stock is 0 for this product. OK! Now, I received a new order for this product! Then checked and I have two pieces of this product. That's impossible! Then I go to Stock->Instant stock status, and for this product I have for physical and usable quantity: 2 pieces, and real quantity I have one piece. If I go to Stock movement, and manually calculated all movements and are perfect! If I sum all supply orders, and subtract all customer orders, the result is ZERO. Then I go to stock management and there are 2 pieces. So I try to remove one piece so this product is out of stock again and I got the error 'You don't have enough usable quantity. Cannot remove 1 items out of 0. ' The unique way to remove the piece if modifying the database by hand. I'm really lost with this. Is happening for a lot of products that are out of stock. Any idea ???
